Langtang Valley Trek

Michele Gaddy (From USA)

I have started trek on 19th Oct 2019 to 25th October 2019, I just finished an amazing 5-day Langtang short trek with my guide, Arpan. The experience was unforgettable, and better for Arpan’s knowledge of Nepal, local customs, and the flora and fauna of the area. And he brought pomegranates! Who expects pomegranates at 3800m? Thanks to Arpan and to Chitra for organizing my very tightly timed adventure.

Also, you can buy most of your stuff in Kathmandu at a reasonable price. You can purchase two duffle bags, one for packing your valuable things such as Important documents and Jewelry than your passport, and maybe more should carry yourself, and the porter can carry the rest of your items.

The trekker's bag weight limit is 9 kg because we prefer one porter for two guests, and the way is up and down hills, so it is not; easy for a single person to carry 18 kg. Also, he has his bag.

Guide and Porter team

We have professional guides and porters. They can help you in every journey and prepare you to face every challenge on the trip because they face many challenges during their trek. So there is nothing to worry about challenges.

Can I do it alone?

According to the rules and regulations of the Nepal Government, you do not allow the trek alone due to the restricted zone, and maybe theirs is the most risky area for the unknown person.

Is Langtang Trek safe?

Langtang Trek is; established in 1976AD. Thousands of tourists can complete their trek very safely in the same season. So there is no risk for the Langtang trek.

Tipping

In Nepali society, we expect tipping because we thought, that our guests are happy with our service. We recommend you tip in a group at the end of the trek.

What is the most important; trekking equipment List?

You need; to take warm clothes for high altitude, Clothes Which keep you dry, protect you from sunlight and also protect you from raining water, then easy to move up and down hills and mountains, such as:

Head: - winter hat, sun hat, headlight with extra Batteries, eyeglasses, etc.

Body: - Hiking lightweight down jacket, T-shirt, cotton Jacket, waterproof jacket, pants, polypropylene underwear, etc.

Hand:- Thick gloves and light gloves

Footwear: - Hiking Boots, thick socks with extra pairs of thick light socks.

Scenery Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi.

TIMS Card and Permit Checkpoint at Dunche.

Wonderful; perspectives on Langtang II, Langtang Lirung, Yala Peak, Dorje Lakpa, and more pinnacles.

Tamang & Tibetan ethnic culture.

Explore the Local yak cheese factory at Kyanjin Gompa.

Discover the earthquake that damaged the village of Langtang.

You may see wildlife Animals like; snow leopards, white Monkeys, Red pandas, Himalayan Thar, and Musk deer during the Langtang trek.

Thrilling sunrise and sunset views see from Kyanjin Ri and Tserko Ri.

Ancient; Buddhist monastery at Kyanjin Gompa.

Free: Airport pickup and drop-off transportation services per your plan.

We arrange Trekking equipment like a down jacket and Sleeping bags - (if you do not have your own) - it's rental.

An Emergency Treatment Normal Kit Medical Box.

Langtang Route Map and Outline Itinerary.

Free Company T-shirt.

Approval of Certificate.

We give you an Oximeter to test your Oxygen and Pulse at high altitude sickness to find out the exact medical issue when you are in the Himalayas.

{"ogtitle":"Langtang Valley Trek 8 Days | Langtang Trek Cost & Local Guide","ogkey":"langtang valley trek, langtang valley trekking, langtang valley trekking 8 days, cheapest langtang valley trek cost 2024/2025 updated, langtang national park entry permits, langtang valley trek route","ogdesc":"Langtang Valley Trek is a genial, charming, and idyllic trip in the Langtang region.
