  • Most government offices are open 10: am to 5: pm Sunday to Thursday during summer and 10: am to 4: pm during the winter (roughly Mid- November to Mid-February). Generally, offices close at 3: pm Friday and are closed for an hour at lunchtime. Banks and airlines are open from 9: am to noon and 1 to 5 pm Sunday to Friday. Restaurants are open from 10:30 am to 10: 00 pm and shops from 10: 30 am to 9:00 pm.
