Trekking and a Tours Company in Nepal operated with veracity, and loyalty travels enthusiasm. We are committed to providing the most excellent possible travel and local adventure services to our valuable clients; your satisfaction and pleasure are our first priorities. Please go through and study carefully the lists of terms, and conditions. We accept online trip bookings under the following terms and Conditions.

General Booking Conditions:

For the Trekking, Tours, and Peak Climbing in Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet. A photocopy of your passport and a 15% advance deposit of the total cost of your trip should be made to us to confirm your trip booking with us. The 15% advance deposit amount is non-refundable once you have done. Payments; for the trip to Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet. The advance deposit will be spent to make reservations such as trekking entry permits, Hotels, transportation, etc.

Cancellations of your Trips Booking and Policy:

When you have done booking your trips with Himalayan Local Guide Pvt. Ltd. and any reason if you want to cancel the trip booking with us. The cancellation; by a client has to be made in writing and accepted by the company. The request; to cancel is received; by the company. The travel company has the right and agree on the cancellation charge applicably

The following percentage will be charged for any trip cancellation:

72 Days or More 80%

The Days before starting your trip departure Refund of Deposit (%)

71- 30 Days 65%

29-15 Days 45%

Less than one week 0%

Please note the no refundable cancellations of your Trip booking and policy of any trekking and tours cost will be made to the trekkers who drop the trip out in their own interest of departure any trip voluntarily despite any internal and external basis after the journey has officially begun. Similarly, No refunds will be made exactingly for any accommodation.
