Detail About Langtang Gosaikunda Helambu Trek

Langtang Gosaikunda Helambu trek is a wonderful journey in Nepal, where we must drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi for 7 to 8 hours by local Bus or jeep. A Syabrubesi is a business center for the Langtang & Tamang Heritage region, where trade with locals and tourists from Trishuli. It is close to the road starting from the Tibet border of China. Which required a three to four-hour drive from Syabrubesi to arrive at the Tibet Border? 

The Syabrubesi is a trekking start and end point, where we must cross the Bhote Koshi River, then follow the Langtang Valley Khola and begin our trek. We will walk near the riverside and reach Pahiro, Bamboo, Rimche Danda, Lama Hotel, trek continue to Ghodatabela, and reach the Langtang Village (3560m). From this village to Khyanjin Gompa. It will take only 2 to 3 hours to walk and overnight lodge. The Next day in the early morning, you will climb Tserko Ri or Khynjin Ri. From the viewpoint, we will get splendid views of the sunrise with the Himalayas range, the Langtang Lirung (7210m)Yala Peak (5700m)Dorje Lakpa (6995m)Shishapangma (8017m), etc.

After visiting for a couple of days at Kyanjin Gompa, we trek downhill through the beautiful Lang-Tang ValleyLama HotelThulo SyabruSing Gompa and reach Lauribinayak La and Gosaikunda Lake is a place of pilgrimage for both Hindus and Buddhists religions, travel around the Saraswati kunda, Bhairab Kunda, Parbati Kunda, and Gosaikunda Lake, and many small lakes etc. 

The next day early morning, Gosaikunda (4370m) high pass our trek in the Helambu circuit begins after goes downhill. Accommodations & food During the Trek:

Along the trek route, they have tea house accommodations. Both are basic, and you will get the typical Homestay, and the local foods during the journey. The room has a small shared bed with blankets. Although; there are charging holes in the sleeping room or heater system, Hence. We recommend you bring a sleeping bag for each person. The toilet and shower rooms are shared with other trekkers.

You will get breakfast, lunch, and dinner along the trip. For breakfast and dinner, you will go to the guest house. Where, spend the night. Our staff will provide you with a menu. After, you can look at and choose the food yourself. Lunch you will have on the way. The menu system is simple. You will get Nepali, Tibetan, Indian, Chinese, and European dishes. Other foods like fried eggs, toast, Tibetan Bread, porridge, Noodle soup, MO: MO, Chow mien, pizza, pasta, fried rice, and curry are accessible on the menu.

Some travel Tips for Langtang Gosaikunda & Helambu Trek (Electricity, Wi-Fi, Bank and ATM, Luggage, Tipping:

Electricity: During the trek, you will get electricity or solar power to charge your device while in the trekking, but you may have to pay a few extra costs. Also, charging areas are in the dining hall or reception.

Wi-Fi: The Internet will get the most out of the place, but some mountainous villages do not. The best idea, buy the Nepali sim Card and use data for the internet.

ATM and Bank: Along the trek, does not have ATM and Bank, so you have to take enough Nepali Rupees from Kathmandu city. KTM has many ATM places, where you can withdraw.

Luggage: Along the trek, if you want to trek without porters, then you can take a backpack of 50 to 60 liters. What are the necessary things you can carry? If you the unnecessary things you may leave them at our office or your Hotel. Otherwise, I will arrange the porters. He will carry your luggage of around 15 to 20kg.

Tipping: We encourage clients to tip our staff (Guide, Porters, and driver. You can tip as your choice and of course. You are happy with their service.
