Kanchanjanga base camp trek lies in the eastern part of Nepal. First, you should take a domestic flight from Kathmandu to Bharatpur, Chitwan district. Then, take a drive from Chitwan to Illam to Taplejung to Chirwa. The trek begins from Chirwa. You should take a bus/ private vehicle from Kathmandu too. 

This trek lies in the Kanchanjanga conservation area at the height of 8,586m(28333ft.) Nearby the border of Sikkim, India. The journey passes along the remote areas. The breathtaking views make me excited and feel well. 

In the Kanchanjanga trek, you will get a hot shower till at Taplejung, But at higher altitudes, you get a bucket of hot water for a Shower. But you have to pay a certain amount according to the teahouse rule. 

The Kanchanjanga base camp trek is strenuous in Comparison to other treks in Nepal. The trip covers more than 18 days, so you need some physical fitness like morning walks, running, cardio, swimming, and any strength training, which makes your trek easy and safe and helps to add more happiness to this trek.

Yes, you get an internet facility in Kanchanjanga Trek. Where you can easily connect; with your family and social media. But you need to pay a certain amount of money to the tea-houses. 

Kanchanjanga base camp trek is in a rural area. Where there is scarce electricity, some of them have it, but Almost all tea houses along this trek have no electricity. They use solar panels for electricity and gases for cooking and hot showers. Therefore, you have to pay a certain amount of money for tea-houses.
