Early morning flight to Lukla (2810m/9219feet) which is takes around 30 minute fly form Kathmandu to Lukla is main junctions of trekker’s where we meet the rest of our team in Lukla and start our trekking form there. We walk along the on the way passes through the delightful village of Cheplung village, Ghat and Phading Village (2610m/8,562feet). Overnight at Lodge.

After the breakfast, we start our trek passes through delightful pine forest and we trek continue walk on the trail goes to north up the Benkar. We cross the suspension bridge and pass Chumoa and Monjo village before reaching the entrance of the sagarmatha National Park. After then us crossing a suspension bridge again we pass the Jorsale village and walk along side of the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi Rivers. After the breakfast, we hike to Everest View Hotel, first part we ascend on a steep trail and reach to Everest Hotel, from there if the blue sky we will be able to see the delightful mountains views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhoste, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kusumkangaru and many more mountains view etc. then after we go to explore the Khumjung Village, this village one of the beautiful colorful rooftop houses and we explore the sir Edmund Hillary school, while finished it we back down to Namche Bazzar and Overnight at Lode.

From Namche Bazzae, we ascend on steep trail after then, the trek until phunki is an easy walk. From there we ascend towards tengboche village, which is one of the famous Tengboche monasteries because of the biggest monastery of the Khumbu region. It is located within the sagarmatha National park, which is a UNESCO world Heritage Site. The beautiful Monastery with an amazing panoramic view of the mountains including; Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Nuptse and Thamserku. Monastery will be opens around at 4:00 pm; if we reach there on time we can go to see the Buddhist religions ceremony. Overnight at Tengboche.

After the breakfast, we start our journey. The day with a grdual climb to Thukla then our trail goes to quite steep climb up to the ridge at the top of chukpo Lari where we can find out the line of memorials in tribute to the climbers who have died on Mt. Today is more exciting and hard day. From Labuche the trail leads flat meadow for when following the Khumbu Glacier and shot climbing up. After then the trail goes to into the lateral moraine of khumbu Glacier to Gorakshep. The trail offers a beautiful view of the massive Khumbu Glacier and Trans Himalayas. While we reach to Gorakshep we take off the bag pack at the hotel and we can have some Lunch Break after then we will go to hike the Everest Base Camp. It take around go and back 4/5 Hours and back to Gorakshep overnight at Lodge.

Wake up early morning, after then we hike to kalapathar for sunrise and mountains view. Alternative: If you do not have your holiday in the spring and autumn seasons, then you explore the EBC trek in the monsoon and winter seasons, this time will be fewer crowds and it could be the best option for you.

Accommodation During the trek:

During the trek, you'll get the basic accommodation providing a cozy room with warm blankets, pillows, a bedsheet, a mattress, and comfortable two beds in a room for the journey to EBC. However, if you are a single trekker, you might share a room with other trekkers.

Foods on the trek:

Along the trekking route, you will get the various teahouses in the Everest region treks route. The owner of the lodges will provide you with a Menu offering ethnic cuisines as well as Western foods.  You can choose food yourself, we suggest you eat vegetable items, also you get the meat items but, we do not recommend you take meat items. However, meat might be not fresh.

During the trek route, you'll able to get the typical Nepalese traditional foods alongside international options, all arranged by the well-trained cook, hygienic and tasty. A variety of drinks along with safe drinking water or Mineral water are available. If you feel the bottles of Mineral water are expensive in the mountains area, then you have another option to drink water from the tap or river. However, you must file it. If you drink the water directly from the tap or rivers, you might get stomach problems.

How to field the drinking water?

We recommend that you bring the water purification tablets, or water filtering hands pump from Kathmandu, you can use them along the trekking area or you have another option boiled water is safe to drink.

How difficult is the Lukla to EBC Trekking Trail?

There are several trekking trails from Lukla to EBC, therefore the difficulty level of the trek route depends upon which trail you prefer. However, sometimes Lukla flights will be delayed or cancelation due to the bad weather, but you have other alternative routes to reach the Everest Base Camp from Jiri or Phaplu. Normally you need to complete these trips, around 18 to 20 Days.
