The best time to trek in the Everest region is autumn and spring. During this time, the weather is dry and clear, making it good for trekking and hiking the mountain views. The temperatures will be mild, while the evenings and mornings are cold. However, these both are peak seasons in Nepal.
Spring season starts from March till May. It also offers the best time to visit the Khumbu region trekking of Nepal. In this particular season, it is lush with wildflowers, mostly rhododendron blossoms, in the spring period. It's also the expedition's season for Everest.
Autumn is another popular season in Nepal, you can enjoy crystal clear views during this period due to the conclusion of the wet monsoon season, which clears the skies of dust and contaminants. As well you can rejoice with the Nepali festivals, which are called the Dashain and Tihar.
